We collect account details (name, email), profile details (such as major, interests, hometown), booking details, and payment-related metadata needed to operate AmbassaTour LLC and the AmbassaTour Platform.

2. How We Use Information

AmbassaTour LLC uses information to run bookings, match Prospective Students with AmbassaTour Guides, process payments, support customer service, and protect platform safety and integrity.

3. Sharing

AmbassaTour LLC shares required data with service providers such as Firebase (auth/data infrastructure) and Stripe (payment and payout processing). AmbassaTour LLC does not sell personal information.

4. Security

We use industry-standard controls, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Users should maintain strong credentials and account hygiene.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and booking records as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce platform policies.

6. Your Choices

You can update profile fields and request account deletion directly in-app. When an account is deleted, identifying profile data is removed and operational history is retained in anonymized form for safety, fraud prevention, payments, and legal compliance.
