Refund/Cancellation Policy

This policy is issued by AmbassaTour LLC, the owner and operator of the AmbassaTour Platform, and applies to bookings made through the Platform.
1. Customer Cancellations
Cancel 48+ hours before start time: full refund. Cancel 24-48 hours before start time: 50% refund. Cancel less than 24 hours before start time: no refund, except where required by law.
2. AmbassaTour Guide No-Show / Platform Issue
If a tour cannot be delivered due to AmbassaTour Guide no-show, verified scheduling error, or platform fault, the customer is eligible for a full refund or rebooking from AmbassaTour LLC.
3. Payment Failures
If payment is not completed or later fails, booking may be canceled automatically and the slot can be released back to availability.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued by AmbassaTour LLC to the original payment method through Stripe. Posting times depend on your card issuer or bank, typically 5-10 business days.
