SMS Program
SMS Consent & Messaging Terms
Last updated: March 23, 2026
AmbassaTour LLC operates the AmbassaTour SMS reminder program. These optional messages are transactional and operational. They help tour guides, prospective students, and parents stay aligned on confirmed tour timing.
1. Messaging Use Case
AmbassaTour LLC sends SMS reminders for booked tours. Messages are sent 24 hours before a scheduled tour and again at 8:00 AM America/Denver on the day of the tour. Additional operational texts may be sent if a booked tour changes or requires coordination. AmbassaTour LLC does not use this SMS program for broad promotional campaigns.
2. How Users Opt In
Users opt in only when they enter a mobile number inside their AmbassaTour onboarding or profile settings and then actively turn on the SMS text reminders preference. AmbassaTour presents clear consent language next to that setting, including this statement: I agree to receive text messages from AmbassaTour about booking reminders, tour-day reminders, and booked-tour coordination.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Users do not have to agree to SMS messages to book a tour, guide a tour, or use the platform.
- Opt-in is optional and is not required to book or guide a tour.
- Message types include booking reminders, tour-day reminders, and booked-tour coordination.
- Message frequency varies by booked tour activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
3. Opt-Out and Support
Users can reply STOP to opt out of SMS reminders at any time. Users can turn reminders back on inside their AmbassaTour profile or by replying START after a prior STOP. For support regarding the AmbassaTour LLC messaging program, contact support@ambassatour-app.com.
4. Related Terms
By opting into SMS reminders, users also agree to AmbassaTour LLC's applicable platform terms and privacy disclosures.
